[EVA] Manga continuation - Stage 58

With the appearing of Arael (the 11th Angel) and Kaworu (the 12th and final
Angel) it seems that no more angels are due to
coming in the manga.
At this point is arguable that Asuka will be "mentally" raped by Arael (like
in the anime), but what about Rei's fate ?
In the anime she was killed by the 16th Angel (that will be absent now) and
replaced by a "clone" (Rei III).
But in the manga version ? Don't You think that this could be a good puzzle
for the upcoming stages ?
