I was not referring directly to you -- I was referring to the Ms. Grant and the
others who arbitrarily decided that the original line was not "appropriate" and
(possibly) changed it.

Then stick to fanfics and computer games.
This is supposed to be the "official" release, and as such it should be faithful
to the original.  The line in question is one of the most famous and widely
debated lines in EoE -- everyone who knows much of anything about EoE knows about
this line.  If it is changed outside the bounds of literary interpretation of the
original Japanese, Manga and any others responsible should rightly expect to be
denounced with the harshest criticism possible.
