I believe that Amanda Winn Lee directed the voice-over work, and was basically
given free reign with word choices and whatnot.  Of course as the distributing
company Manga has the final say, but if Lee strongly argued for something, I
think it would be difficult for them to refuse it outright...

There is the possibility that an RCB-like construct (glossary, interviews,
etc.) might be included on the Manga release, so I am not posting much on the
web right now.  However, I will excerpt relevant sections as necessary and a
more complete version may be posted at Brendan's site following the Manga
release, depending on how complete their version is.
