I support the Manga release of the Eva movies, and despite the delays I believe
it will be a spectacular release with high image quality and numerous extras
(some good and some bad, but hey -- remember that these are just "extras").  I
also feel that Manga will take a lot of unjustified complaints that would not
be directed at any other anime distribution company (ie: ADV) even if they
released something only half as good and with ten times the mistakes.  My point
here is that if ADV had released the Wings of Honneamise DVD with the exact
same errors as Manga did (and they "were" errors), most people who are rabidly
thrashing Manga would have just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Well, after
all it _is_ Adv..."
So let's just lay off Manga for the time being (except for the delays) until we
are able to actually see the release and judge it for ourselves instead of
ranting about rumors.

That said, if any lines are changed from the original Japanese -- and by this I
mean outside of the bounds of linguistic interpretation -- then I am strongly
opposed to this and feel it to be as bad as burning overlays into the image.
