[EVA] _End of Evangelion_: basketball scene, space colonization, live-action scene, Last A & Last B

People may or may not remember that EoE has a remarkable amount of
removed material.

Specifically:

- the sinister 'Basketball Court scene:

It's unclear to me how exactly everything slots together.

says the box set, which I had assumed all of this was coming from,
doesn't include Last A & Last B, but does include Last A's final line?
And no mention of the other material.

Olivier says that _in toto_ all this material can be found in
leaked/circulating early scripts of EoE, which were then confirmed by
released 'storyboards' (presumably the Storyboard Collection in the

This may contradict Brendan's claim about what the storyboards
include.

Anyway, I seem to have found one of those leaked scripts:

Notice that they contain the basketball, the odd space conversations,
the full live-action scene, and Last A & Last B with annotations
similar to MDWigs/Olivier's versions.

Further, although working through Google Translate means I am often
sheerly guessing at some scenes and dead-reckoning using Bochan_bird's
scripts (like <http://www.evaotaku.com/html/sincerely.html>), I
noticed further differences. (I'm sure I missed a number; small
changes in wording would obviously go right by me.):

- The notes to the pyramid/playground scene early on suggest that the
little girl playing with Shinji is Asuka & the mother is Misato or Yui
- Just after that, there seem to be 2 'elementary school' scenes for
Shinji & Asuka where adults argue about them being withdrawn and
stubborn (?) respectively.
- Less major, but still interesting to me is the description of Maya,
while hugging Rei-Ritsuko, as having a 'false smile'.
