Explicable through _coitus interruptus_.

But my problem is that I don't remember her panties being removed, or
in any disarray at all. So unless we want to postulate that he pulled
her panties off/way-down, raped her, pulled and ejaculated on his
hand, and was careful to restore her undergarments - I don't see how
he could've.

And masturbation strikes me as so much more relevant to 'otaku
