I was writing for it, and Brian expressed that he would like it if I
helped him edit it, assistant/co-editor/whathaveyou.

I want to say that when he was quiet for a while about it that he was
moving into a house and dealing with some personal obligations.  I've
emailed the several address I had, tried facebook messaging him, and I
think I may have even tried the phone number he listed on his site.  I've
tried a handful of times to get in contact him, because I was very
enthused to contribute to a book on Eva.  My assumption is that it has
been abandoned.  It has after all been three full years since that initial
announcement.  I haven't exploited my contacts to try and find a more
direct means of contacting him.

Perhaps Carl knows him personally.
