You are still avoiding the actual issue. You claim that later translations are more accurate. Quantify it. Your argument is based on the premise that the translations the EVA community used before Manga's official release were so inaccurate that they mislead the fans. You have given no actual evidence to back that up.

If you continue to make accusations without actual evidence, why would any one take you seriously?

Yes. And? I am not seeing how "There was a period of time between the release of End of EVA in Japan and when the fansubs of the film were released in the US." supports your theory. There are always gaps between the release of a show in Japan and when a translation becomes available. Also note that the distribution of raw anime was not as common then as it is now. Because of the extra effort involved in getting someone to duplicate a VHS tape, and the financial commitment required, there weren't as many people watching raw EoE as you seem to be under the impression of.

Does it matter? I listed the two most prominent fan translators who did End of Evangelion so that you could find their work and compare it to Manga Entertaiment's translation. It doesn't matter who they were as people, but rather the work they did that matters in this case.

If you want to know more about him, this ML has an archive you can search. If you are actually serious about discussing this topic, you should be willing to actually do the research yourself rather than complain because I am asking you to support your arguments with facts.
