I hope you realise that Evangelion is in and of itself a fairly 
pornographic work of art. In fact, I'd say that most of the boards and 
fetishes on the 4chan circuit get a look in. Hentai, ecchi, yaoi, yuri, 
pedophilia, incest, gore, weird alien sex, voyeurism, masturbation, 
rape, groping and probably numerous other deviances I've forgotten right 
now. These days, a hard nosed censor just about anywhere could easily 
get Evangelion banned.

Keep in mind we're talking about a show where a 300 mile high naked 
woman sucks in the souls of the world—carried by naked giggling 
girls—into grand canyon sized vulva's in her palms. This isn't the kind 
of thing that gets shown on Oprah.
