I don't know what Gundam 00P is, but Evangelion Anima is a story being serialised in Dengeki Hobby Magazine.

Anima is a sort of alternate universe story where the Human Complementation Plan is not carried out.  In the world of Anima, the story branches off after TV episode 24 and is set 3 years after the end of episode 24.
