Yes, picked up my copy (in Australia) last Saturday.

There's a pic of Misato on the back cover, an afterword by Sadamoto and a 
seven page postscript by Carl Gustav Horn, mainly about Kaworu and Shinji 
(being the focus of volume 11) and including a mention of 
evamonkey.com/evageeks.org.

Look forward to getting mine.  I expect the Misato pic is the same as the 
Japanese vol's colour plate inside.  I'll confirm when my copy arrives.
