@I felt Shinji knew he'd been followed, or at least that there were CCTVs
with mikes at the tunnel entrance where he gave up. Obvious he was being
tracked everywhere after Ritsuko asking Misato why Shinji's security had not
interfered when Toji was beating him up. Looking forward to Asuka fireworks
:)

@Latter probably true, that new scene in the plane where she was looking at
his cross implied memories more than current reality. Hmm, next movie we'll
maybe see if Misato's scar is there/the same - & if the 2nd impact flashback
in ep.8(?)
Going to Shinji & Rei, Gendou & Fuyutuski seem to think Rei & Shinji are
destined/palnned to grow closer due to their birth year. Fuyutuski
suggested brainwashing Shinji, while in the TV it was Ritsuko.
There is no mention of Yui at all (or "meeting" in 01) & the scene where Rei
wringing out a floorcloth reminded Shinji of his mother was removed.
Also no TV or radio show background chatter - no "maths puppy" :(
