Misato is not a professional soldier. She is a fighter definitely, & the
NERV cops are paramilitary I guess, but more like armed police.
EoE Misato of course was post-Kaji-(assumed) death. She had a mission
entrusted to her & her experiences were hardening her too I guess.
Manga Misato was more stressed from the start, & needed booze more to
unwind. Kaji's survivor's-guilt explanation to Shinji also gave (their)
attitude more edge.
Eva TV Misato was driven as well, but seemed more "recovered" from 2nd
Impact. Or hid her PTSD better until losing Kaji.
