[EVA] Eva canned

If you ask me, I think that someone made a mistake.  I remember seeing
this set distributed a while back in either the UK or in Australia.  Why
would ADV put this thing out, didn't they "delay" the 10th set, rather
than "cancel" it?

UK has had their tin of Eva already. We didn't have thinpacks before though 
& don't get many whole sets of anything.

Presumably ADV will have the Rebuild movies. Manga kept their EoE license 
though.  US licensing for Rebuild will be interesting...
